    If you are not satisfied with the quality of the course content, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the course material.

  • Technical Issues:
    If you are unable to access the course due to technical issues related to our platform, you may be eligible for a refund if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time (up to 7 days) after reporting the problem.

  • Duplicate Purchase:
    If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, please contact us immediately for a refund of the duplicate transaction.


2. Refund Process

  • Failure to Use the Course:

4. Course Exchanges

At this time, NT Skill Masters does not offer exchanges for courses. If you are dissatisfied with a course, you may request a refund (if eligible) and then purchase another course of your choice.
